Congratulations! You are under contract on a new home. What’s next? Here is a quick glance at what happens after your offer is accepted.
Once the contract is negotiated and signed by both parties, we begin the process of scheduling and conducting all parts of the sale leading up to closing. First up, initial escrow deposit it made within 3 days of contract signing. Shortly after, we will schedule and conduct the inspections. During the sales process, the lender & title company will work together ordering the appraisal, survey and work towards getting the clear to close. On closing day, or the day prior to closing, we will conduct a final walk through and then finally reach the closing day.
